In order to record and listen to your own voice just click on In. Now, go back to the main window of Ableton and you will already see the green level moving on one of the routing audio tracks. In my case, I have the mono and stereo input 1&2 selected.Depending on where you have the microphone plugged on your Zoom F6 you need to select the correct track.In the Channel Configuration line select Input Configuration.Next, we have to select the tracks in the channel configuration area under Audio Input Device. If you use external headphones, change output to your external headphones or to any speaker you’re using.

If your Zoom F6 is in multi-track mode change the option for input to “H and F Series Multi-Track USB Audio (6 In/4 Out)”.

To find the correct input and output settings you need to open Audition I’m editing 90% of my field recordings with Adobe Audition but I never used it for live recording.
